Terms of service
By booking a shoot with Little Moo Photography you agree to the following terms and conditions.
For the purpose of this document Katharine Mason trading as Little Moo Photography shall be referred to as the 'photographer'. The person to whom the invoice is addressed shall be referred to as the 'client'.
Payment
1. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required upon booking of the session. This will reserve the date and time for the chosen package. The Photographer will not hold any dates without payment.
2. The remainder of the money owed will be due two weeks before the session date.
3. All money will be paid via bank transfer.
4. Bank details will be given once relevant information has been obtained by the photographer.
5. The photographer has the right to make changes to any of the prices for the packages and additional downloads at any time. The client will only pay the price that was shown on the website at the time of booking.
My First Year Package
1. 'My First Year’ package must be paid in full before the first session commences.
2. Three sessions to be taken throughout baby’s first year. To include a newborn, a sitter (baby) and a cake smash session. Must be used by the same child throughout the year.
Session Images
1. The gallery of edited images will be available to view within 3-4 weeks after the session date.
2. The photographer will send an email with the link and password when the photos are ready to view.
3. Images in the gallery will be protected with a watermark. Once images have been purchased and downloaded the watermark will be removed.
4. The client will download the photographs onto their devices. Some older devices may struggle to download the high resolution images. If the client has any issues with downloading please get in touch with the photographer who will be happy to assist.
5. The clients photographs may be deleted 6 months after the session date. After this time the photographer may not be able to be retrieve them. A number of photos may be kept for self promotion, advertising use or to enter in competitions by the photographer. The client must ensure they have downloaded and saved all the photos to avoid loss of any photographs.
Cancellation
1. In the event of a cancellation the deposit paid is non-refundable.
2. Deposits are transferable if a session needs to be on a different date.
3. If a session needs to be cancelled, the client must inform the photographer at least 48 hours before the shoot is due to commence.
4. Bookings can be changed once (by the client) on the original booking fee (as long as the minimum notice has been given.) After this the client will be required to book in again and pay a new booking fee to secure the chosen date.
Copyright
1. All images remain the property of the photographer.
2. The photographer may choose to use the images on their website or social media, to enter in competitions and for advertising purposes. If you do not wish this to be the case, please let the photographer know in writing before the photoshoot.
3. The client is not permitted to edit the photographs in any way.
4. Once the client has downloaded their images they can print them how they want.
5. The client must not take any photographs during the Photoshoot without obtaining permission first from the photographer.
Safety
1. Studio sessions involve heavy equipment and trip hazards. The Client is responsible for the children's safety during the photography session. The Client must therefore ensure that a responsible adult, other than the Photographer, is present at all times to supervise the children.
Additional Fees
1. The photographer will travel up to 20 miles from BN12. Additional mileage will be charged at 60p per mile.
2. It is the clients responsibility to pay for any additional fees for their chosen location (i.e. car parks and entry fees)
